How session is held
- Book a session by choosing an available slot on the calendar below.
- Receive email confirmation with all the details for meeting online via Teams.
- Join a session on a scheduled day and time. Session duration is 45 minutes. Session language is English.

Sessions are time limited, so leave questions for our HR experts while booking a session. Additionally, kindly check your email as our HR may follow up with you to fill out a form or ask clarifying questions, to ensure they are well-prepared for the upcoming session.

Do I have to prepare for a session?
Yes, if you want the session to run effectively, please, leave the questions for HR experts while booking. Also, take a moment to think about any additional questions or situations you’d like to discuss and review. This way, we can address your needs more efficiently and make the most of our time together.
When can I book a session?
You can book any open slot according to the calendar no later than 2 days before the desired time slot. This way, you can give our HR experts enough notice to accommodate your request.
What should I do if I’m running late for my session?
We understand that delays happen, so our experts will wait for you for up to 15 minutes. It would be best to email us to job.georgia@altexsoft.com and let us know about your situation.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, you can. Please note that the session can be rescheduled only once, and the request should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. We value your time and kindly ask for respecting our scheduling policies 🙂.
