Metrics Magic in Agile Project Delivery
Our event will be divided into two parts:
🔹 Theoretical Overview and Examples 🔹
Participants will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of project metrics. The speaker will talk about the significance of metrics in tracking progress over time, identifying areas for improvement, and implemetning changes to improve project outcomes.
After the overview, we will explore main project metrics categories and examine real-life examples and case studies demonstrating specific metrics’ applications.
🔹 Workshop: Applying Metrics to Real-Life Cases 🔹
In the second part, participants will join a hands-on group activity applying the theory. Each group will receive a project case study to identify key objectives and metrics. Together we will brainstorm, discuss, and develop a customized set of metrics to track team performance and project progress. Through collaboration and critical thinking, we will tailor metrics to the case study’s specific needs.
